Yes, we do. Every art work and production mold will be saved in Risun warehouse for 2 years free of charge. Clients place any reorder during this 2 years, will not be charged for production mold.
That is to say, if you place an order for the same mold every year or every two years, it will remain within the validity period of the mold and you will not need to pay the mold fee.
We will provide artwork to customers for confirmation before production. If customers are not satisfied with the drawings, we will modify them until they are satisfied before starting production. We also support free proofing. Proofing only charges mold fees, and samples are free.
Defaultly, the pins will be individually poly bagged. Alternatively, numbers of packaging options to enhance the look of your pin is available. Such as printed cards, PVC display box, gift boxes .etc. Kindly inform your sales consultant about packaging before delivering.
A: If you have your own artwork, it will be much easy. Just submit your artwork online or by email (kaka@sz-risun.cn). Once our sales consultant received the artwork, a proof will be offered to you in 24-48 working hours.
B: If you don't have your own artwork, please share your ideas with us online or via email (kaka@sz-risun.cn). We will communicate with you within 48 hours.
Orders with a total amount of less than 500 US dollars will be paid 100% before production.
Orders with a total amount of 500 US dollars or more require 70% payment before production.
For first-time clients, if you have any concerns, we can discuss payment terms based on your specific situation and opinions.
